immediaC provides complete technical support for its webfrontIRP solution. Support packages and programs are detailed in our proposals. A 3-month unlimited warranty is provided with all sales agreements to repair and update any databases or webfrontIRP Modules you may have purchased.

Hidden Support: As we use our own diagnostic programs to monitor our clients system performance when you host through us, we often fix problems as they occur and before you even know there was a problem.

Passing the Buck: Many web services companies never want to take the blame for any problems. Let’s face it, mistakes happen and sometimes things just break. It’s not about whose fault it is, its about fixing the problem. Just call or email us, and we’ll find out what’s wrong and make it right again. No passing the buck. If it turns out to be a service provider and not immediaC’s technology, we’ll help you get a fix.
